The Blu Miles management and project leadership team’s experience includes managing Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facilities with revenue exceeding $250M, as well as building surplus parts and used / surplus distribution businesses, growing them from less than $2M to over $25M in annual sales. We have directed consignment and material programs that topped $225M in annual sales while exceeding margin objectives. Furthermore, our team has executed over 40 teardown programs and built an extensive global network of relationships to manage the end-to-end process of acquiring aviation assets for teardown and redistribution of the material.
